If someone asks what Balog Ronaldo and Cristiano Ronaldo have in common, their work ethic is the clear answer. That is why we can be sure that the future is bright for Ronaldo.

I’ve been playing chess since I was a little kid, and in elementary school, I participated in numerous inter-school chess competitions. I stopped competitive chess after starting my first year of high school because at that time, I was a performance athlete practicing three sports: 1. Bowling (at the highest level), 2. Judo, and 3. Fitness. Chess became my fourth priority, so I decided to quit because it’s hard to perform at the highest level in everything. Sometimes in life, you have to choose what to be the best at, and that’s what I did, choosing bowling, where I was among the best in Romania.Since chess remained my main hobby, I often played chess online. That’s when the story of Balog Ronaldo began. He followed me, playing for approximately 8 months without asking me anything. During this time, he learned to play chess, and at 2 years and 8 months, he set all the pieces on the board by himself and asked me if I wanted to play chess with him. The child already knew how to play!
Our goal
Our goal has been clear from the very beginning. Since Ronaldo started playing, he told me that he wanted to become the youngest world champion in chess history, and he still says this to me daily! How do we achieve this? With everything we can, as parents, coaches, managers, mental trainers, and motivational speakers! It’s very important to always find the perfect motivation before every competition and every game!
